If your Gomi gummies aren’t meeting your expectations, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

⚠️ Important Conditions

  • Products must be in their original, sealed packaging.

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used items.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Refund Process

 

1️⃣ Start Your Return
Email us at info@gomihealth.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Product name(s) and reason for return

2️⃣ Ship It Back
Once approved, we’ll provide a return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item sent).

3️⃣ Receive Your Refund
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. You’ll be refunded via your original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Gomi error.


Damaged or Incorrect Items?

 

Let us know within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll send a replacement or refund immediately—no return needed!
